Acceptance of the order

All goods are subject to availability and in the case of an item being unavailable you will be notified immediately. Your order will not constitute as an agreement on our part to sell the goods until you have received acceptance from us saying so. We will always aim to do this as soon as is reasonably possible.

Exchanges and returns.

We are unable to accept returns of any goods that are incomplete or in a damaged or used condition.

Goods that have been wrongly ordered from Biz Karts can be returned to us if notified by email within 3 days of the delivery date. Goods will only be accepted by us if they are returned in the same condition they were sold as and fit for re-sale. In this case, all delivery costs are down to you, and a 25% handling charge will be deducted from the total initial cost of the goods to be refunded. The returned item must be received by us within 5 days of notification to us.

Should you be in any way justifiably unhappy with the good/s received (e.g. with a product being faulty), then please contact us via email sales@bizkarts.com to discuss your issue and return the goods within 10 days of you receiving the goods. In this case a refund or credit note can be issued or the items can be exchanged.

Prices and Payment

The prices of the goods are as specified on the bizkarts.com website. Prices may change without notification. Prices shown are exclusive of VAT for trade customers with trade account, and inclusive of VAT for retail customers. VAT is applicable at the current rate of 20%. Orders from outside of the UK and to non-VAT tax rate countries can be accepted with prior agreement.

Delivery

Items will always be despatched as soon as possible and expect to receive your order within 3 business days. Delivery method will be chosen by Biz Karts, unless otherwise specified. Unless we are notified within 3 days of the date of delivery of the goods then they will be deemed to have been received correctly by you, in good, undamaged order.
